Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products.

Since all our products are made-to-order and customized to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely created for you, making them unsuitable for resale.

Exceptions

We will only accept returns in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Damage during shipping

• Wrong item sent

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at surewhynot@holysheetprints.com with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days using your original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
